These terms apply when your business sells to stores and other businesses on CAJA305 Market. They sit next to our Terms of Service, which cover your use of the distributor portal, and our Privacy Policy. Where they say something different about the marketplace, these terms are the ones that apply.
You are the seller of record for every order you accept on CAJA305 Market. CAJA305 provides the software: your portal, your page on the Market, and the way orders reach you. CAJA305 is not a party to your sales, does not buy, own, store or deliver your products, and does not set your prices.
You are responsible for your products, their quality, safety, labels and recalls, for your prices and invoices, for delivering what you confirm, and for your own permits, insurance and taxes.
CAJA305 reviews every distributor before it appears on CAJA305 Market. Until we approve you, you can set up your portal and catalog, but stores do not see you. Before approving you we ask for:
When we have checked these, your page shows "Documents verified by CAJA305". If a verified insurance certificate expires, the badge goes away two weeks later. We remind you before your documents expire. We can take you off the Market again if a document stops being valid.
Stores ask you to sell to them, and you decide: approve, ask for more information, decline, put an account on hold or close it. You set each customer's price group, payment terms, minimum order and delivery days. You can also invite a business with your terms already set.
Buyers pay you directly, on the payment terms you give them. CAJA305 does not take, hold or pass on any payment for marketplace orders. Collecting what you are owed is between you and your customer.
You may not list or sell on CAJA305 Market: alcohol; tobacco or nicotine products, including vapes; hemp or CBD products; or kratom. At sign-up you state: “We do not sell, and will not list on CAJA305 Market, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products (including vapes), hemp or CBD products, or kratom.” If you list one, we can take you off the Market.
You write your own policies for damaged or short items, substitutions, returns and cancellations. Buyers read them on your page before ordering. Every order keeps a copy of the version in force when it was placed, and each change you make creates a new version. Returns and credits are arranged between you and the buyer under your policies. CAJA305 is not a party to them.
When a business asks to buy from you or orders from you, CAJA305 gives you its business name, contact name, phone and email, its business and delivery addresses, what it told you in its request, and its resale certificate if it added one. Use it only to decide on the account, to fulfil and deliver orders, and to talk to that customer about them. Do not sell it or pass it to anyone else, and keep it safe.
Your page shows what you write in your profile and some figures CAJA305 measures from real orders: how many stores reorder, how much of what was ordered arrived, and how fast you confirm. It can also show how many CAJA305 stores sell a product of yours and about how many units a store sells a week. Those figures only appear when three or more stores are counted, and always as a total: no store's own numbers are shown.
Selling on CAJA305 Market is free during the pilot. We charge no subscription and no commission on your orders. If that changes we will tell you at least 30 days before the first charge, and you can leave without paying anything.
To help you, CAJA305 support can read your portal, and every visit is logged. Support can only change something if you allow it from your portal (Settings → Security); the permission ends by itself and every change is recorded.
We can take you off the Market, or suspend your portal, if you break these terms, if a required document is no longer valid, or if the law requires it. We tell you why. You can stop selling at any time; tell us and we take your page down. Orders you already confirmed are still yours to deliver or cancel with your customer.
CAJA305 is not responsible for your products, your deliveries or your invoices. Section 12 of our Terms of Service (no warranty, and the limit of what we owe) also applies to CAJA305 Market. Florida law applies and disputes with CAJA305 go to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. When these terms change we publish the new version here with a new date and ask you to accept it the next time you sign in to your portal. Write to the address on your CAJA305 welcome email.
